Hey there! I just had the craziest experience with my new car. So, I bought this amazing car, but on the way home, it overheated. It was such a bummer. I called these folks, and they were so helpful. They came over to my office for some diagnostics and pressure testing and found out that some heater hoses needed to be replaced. They even gave the car an oil change while they were at it. Same issues as other customers reported no show, late, tried to charge me for ‘free’ diagnostics, flakey, overpriced and took weeks to finish the job. Plenty of excuses and rationalizations though. Edit: he sent me a threatening text message after this review. Avoid this mechanic!
