We bought land here which was our biggest mistake. Jason tried forcing us in buying a home from him which we already had a home all we needed was land. We got our septic services through him, another big mistake, since October 2015 and till this day has not installed anything not even the water. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE OR ANY SERVICES JASON OFFERS IT WILL BE A VERY BIG MISTAKE
My wife and I were driving a neigborhood looking for houses, and came accross a for sale sign with a phone number. When I called, the woman said that she was a real estate agent, and said that she had 50 other homes, and that I should meat at her office. When we arrived, we discovered she was a sales agent for this company. She told us the asking price on the home we orrigionally called about which was almost three times higher than market value.
