They took $1300 to fix Navien Combi unit , but unable to fix unit . Seems like this company Donot have any skill trade people to fix issue or diagnosed unit properly . I would not recommend this company if you have any issue related to heating or plumbing .
Have great service from the team. Easy to work with and they have a good process so that my orders match the pick ticket and invoice. Very customer focused.
Emmy has some excellent customer service. Appreciate her attention to detail and making sure she takes care of her customers! When we're in town again and have need, we'll use Star because of her.
