Shout out to Brenda and everyone at Star Mazda who worked to promptly address an ongoing issue we ran into when trying to schedule a maintenance visit. I really appreciate that they were kind and thoughtful, and explained to us what caused things went south. Brenda handled everything for us, got us in asap, got us the loaner car, you name it, she and her team had us covered. We just picked the car up and it is in absolute tip top shape! We’re grateful to have a place to go to where the people care<3
Israel hooked me up right with an exceptional Premium package Mazda3 Hatchback same day. Was in-and-out in less than a few hours.
I want to shout out and thank Armond for taking such good care of my car and giving the absolute best service. This is the second time I have gotten lucky to have him service my car. Will keep coming back here for his service!
Always excellent service at Star Mazda! Special thanks to Alfredo.
I could not be happier with star Mazda! They beat all other dealership prices. Service was immaculate. Make sure you ask for Neil, because he is a rockstar. Could not have made the process easier. You will not find a better dealer in all of LA thank you star Mazda! Highly recommend!
