Charlie Ramirez - outside sales rep was rude, condescending, and completely unknowledgeable.
Terrible service. Charlie Ramirez was awful and super unprofessional to work with. Would absolutely take my business elsewhere. Don't know what's going on with him but that's not how we do business.
