Good communication through the process. Covered everything under warranty. Slower than I hoped but good overall experience.
Took 2014 Cmax in for a service and it came out great! Nichole Gutierrez the service advisor was so helpful and professional made me feel comfortable about the car. I was getting updates constantly and coming up with solutions for the car. She will definitely be one that I will always ask for. Great service from her and the staff there.

My experience with Star Ford Lincoln began in October 2022 and ended, permanently on December 21, 2023. After 3 times of trying to get my back up camera fixed since October, I have dealt with a service employee by the name of Seta Alexanian who was completely unprofessional and rude. I am not sure how she is in customer service. Each interaction was with her, meaning each time nothing was getting resolved.
