10/10 would recommend and this is why: 1. Professional: the ladies at the front desk are always friendly and accommodating via text. I tested positive for covid and told the lady the day before and was able to reschedule my appointment without penalty. 2. Service--Lash extensions. I've gotten both classic and volume. I have been going to Starlash since 2019. I will not go anywhere else. I moved out of Houston and I still make the trip every month to make sure to get my lashes retouched. Because I live out of state, I sometimes have to change my schedule and need to change my appointment. Everytime I text for a schedule change, I get a response back immediately and Starlash is almost always able to accommodate me and fit me in. I really appreciate that. Had a couple of decent lash artists here and then this happened — wildly different lengths, eyelashes going in different directions and painful spots where things are glued together incorrectly or applied too close to the lash line. This is what they look like AFTER the correction I was offered, by the way (which they insisted on despite me making it clear that I would rather pay for a removal and a full new set). Stay far, far away from this place.

I went to the Star Lash Bar last Saturday and had the best lash experience I’ve ever had. Mia made me feel comfortable and perfected my lashes. She is very talented and is great at her skill. I will definitely be booking with Mia everytime now.
