Their hiring and training process is clearly thorough, and every nurse we’ve worked with has been respectful, compassionate, and highly professional. It gives me real peace of mind knowing I can trust them to care for her with both skill and genuine kindness.
After 6 months without ever being staffed by another agency, I found StarKids…and I’m so glad I did! StarKids was able to fully staff my kiddo in less than 6 weeks, despite having a challenging schedule. Everyone on the team from the administration to the nurses are professional, kind, and responsive. It genuinely feels like they want to work with us and my little one looks forward to seeing his nurses every day. StarKids has made an incredible difference for my family. My only regret is that it took six months to find them!
Star Kids changed our lives! We weren't able to get any respite or breaks after our son was diagnosed with Infantile Tay Sachs at the end of 2024 up until Star Kids came in at the beginning of 2026. Unfortunately, this is a terminal and very difficult diagnosis, so we were hesitant to bring in any additional help for him. Star Kids took every reservation and overcame it tenfold.
