This is the most unprofessional and scamming jewelry store I have ever been to. I don’t understand how they are still in business. The male owner, a middle aged lady, and an elderly lady are horrible at providing customer service. They quoted me $600 for a ring and when it came down to finalizing the price, they tried swapping rings around for a lower weight ring and saying we were mistaken.
