RecommendedWhat sets Star Jewelers apart from other stores is the excellent customer service they provide, the smiles, and the friendly atmosphere they create. I liked their approach to buying a ring (engagement), where they first provided multiple options of diamonds to choose from based on budget and preference. They were very good at explaining the different characteristics of each stone, and were very open and honest in helping me decide. I don't see a need to ever go to another jewelry store...

Love having Star in the neighborhood. Got a great gold chain and a watch from them a couple weeks ago. Great service and nice staff.
I continue to have the best customer service, the most creative ideas and the most beautiful pieces. I love my redesigned earrings! I hadn’t worn them in 10-12 years as they were. The minute I got back in my car, I put on my revamped earrings and fell in love with them. Thank you to the Stahr jewelers team for always treating me so nicely.

This is my favorite jewelry store for so many reasons. The Howard family is truly on their game with the selection of jewelry, store design and location. Beautiful pieces at a range of prices. Whenever in the Short North we always make a stop here...how convenient that I can pick out a piece I like and they keep a wish list for me... so on special occasions they can call my husband, Graydon to let him know there is something in the store he could purchase for me!!!
