Beware Beware .They charge me for replacement of alternator and told me its Mercedes part. Charge me dealer price and instead install aftermarket alternator. I pay them 1200$ for part (dealer price) and received 400$ aftermarket part. Shame on you. See you in small claim court
Recommended100% satisfied with this company. I was driving my 2007 Mercedes C230 back from NY and my wheel bearing detonated on I75. I had to pull off immediately and after reading reviews I called Star Import and spoke with Josh. I was able to get a hotel for the night and had the car towed to Star and went on my way back to Tampa. I had to wait a week (for parts) but Josh kept communication open regarding the repairs and they were able to keep the price or repair way, way below the dealership cost.
