I asked for a trim to cut off all my split ends and this is the end result. I also had to wait, Sharmila spent 5-10 min cutting my hair. I immediately said one section of my hair is too short but she said not it’s just a trim. At the end I was left with uneven layers. I explained what I didn’t like about the haircut and she said she didn’t understand. She offered a $10 discount verbally but I got charged full price. I’m upset I wasted money and ended up with a terrible haircut.

Sharmila was not very friendly, and the eyebrow and facial threading was not done well. When I got home and checked under bright lighting, I noticed many hairs still left below my eyes and under the eyebrows near the outer corners. It seemed like the detailing was not thorough.

Horrible attitude by Manisha. She booked me for a haircut and wash. I blocked my schedule and came here now she says she doesn’t do haircut. I think owner needs to hire new people, these employees are definitely overworked.if there is a owner to this place they should do something. I will be reporting to BBB
