Manager said there are no loaners. Refused a rental. I was told I can pay for it and try to call corporate for a refund for the rental. Then manager sarcastically said take my car, that comment is what led to this review. My car is under warranty and was recently repaired at their shop in January. Website says they offer paid rentals and pick up and drop off services. Jessica Santana took really good care of my Elantra 2022 that needed a back-up camera replacement due to a recall. She gave me a realistic timeline and they got it completed even sooner. Very professional and execution was great. I was on a real time crunch because I had spent 4+ hours at another dealer last week. Star Hyundai Service did the job! Go here folks!
