Horrible service. This place is the reason why I would not get another Hyundai car.

From the moment I arrived, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was handled correctly. Truly the shittiest service center you could take your Hyundai. They have repeatedly lied, cancelled scheduled appointments, and have even damaged our car. Please do yourself a favor and make the drive out to Empire Hyundai in Jamaica if you need servicing. One visit there resolved a long standing issue we’ve had that Star Hyundai “couldn’t figure out” after visiting four times.
