Horrible experience. Missed major and minor issues and is costing us thousands. Refusal to help us sort any problems out and the wife continues to interrupt me and laugh at anything I say and when she has said what she needed to she hangs up and shuts her phone off. While meeting with my lawyer over this we mentioned this company and he just shook his head. He told us to stay far away from these people in the future! Hope this helps others!
