We used this company and the inspector missed several things that should have been checked. After moving into our new home we found the bottom rack of the dishwasher rusted and unusable, many of the microwave buttons did not work, mold had been growing in our basement for around 6 months (per mold inspector), a rusted fuse box and no smoke detector in the room with fuse box (which is code). Delightful experience from the courteous office to the informative inspector. Competitive pricing that impressed my realtor so much she is now referring others! I will be using this agency again.

Have used their services and received mediocre inspection reports. My most recent experience was poor at best and the front office person was rude and had the gumption to call me at work to cancel my appointment. Good thing they have competition who are eager to please their customers. Do not use this company as they will make you fell like they are entitled.
