Star Home Health is NOT connected with Eastern Star Nursing Center, even though it pops up online as if it is! This home health agency is rediculous and unorganized. Refered by Riverside and had to terminate after only 3 days where agency only showed first day to get billing and insurance info! Never showed up for medical appointments.
They have no staff, people in the office are rude. Approved by insurance for an aide 7 days a week only got that for one week, the next week my hours were cut and the week after that they dropped me from their services after calling and complaining. The people working as aides and nurses deserve a better employer
