Worst experience possible. No communication. Horrible nursing experience. Our 1 hour consultation was done in 20 minutes by a nurse who put gloves on for paperwork and didn’t ever assess the patients needs. If anyone sets you up with these folks, run the opposite direction.
I was hired here and was let go after only being there for 3 days it wasn't even my fault I was a good employee it supposed to be 90 days before they decide to keep u or not they didn't allow that long for me and they require the employees to participate in a prayer circle boss asked me if I was a Christian and if I went to church I didn't have a problem with answering the question because I am Christian but that had nothing to do with me working there and I'm pretty sure this is illegal to require participation in a prayer ... read more
This agency is GREAT!!!! The office staff is very good with solving any issues when it comes down to my parents home health. I love the fact that whenever I have an issue it quickly gets resolved. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK STAR!!!!!
Star Home Health is a wonderful agency. I have been dealing with this agency for quite some time now and the nurses are extremely caring. The office staff is marvelous as well and always give me courtesy calls to make sure my services are going fine. I would most definitely recommend this agency if you are looking for compassionate nurses!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. The Nurse they sent to care for my husband and change his dressings was beyond incompetent! And she put his health in jeopardy by not following the proper protocol for central line dressings. Do not use this service! The management also doesn’t seem to care!
