Ryan did a great job and did a detailed look at the system and checked the appropriate items to diagnose the board replacement need. He was personable, detail oriented and knowledgeable and didn't have a problem with discussing everything he did as he did the work. This was quite the opposite of my recent poor experience with Peterman Brothers technician Collin. I am happy with the service we received today and will request Ryan for future needs and maintenance of our HVAC system.
Jake was the best, serviced two units, miner things clean burners put in that extra care. When he finished explaining everything he did and what I needed to do. Great service, took care of the units like they were his. Great service from Star HVAC & Plumbing
In the last week I have had two outstanding Star Tecnhcians at my house, one a heating & air specialist (Jake) and one a plumber (Andrew). Both were very professional and courteous. They were thorough in their service of the air handler and the heat pump as well as the water heater. I recommend Star technicians for all your Heating, Air, and Plumbing needs.
Ryan from Star Heating and Cooling was extremely professional and respectful while working at our home. He treated my wife with the utmost respect and did an excellent job with the service. We really appreciate his professionalism and the quality of his work.
The Star team replaced a 40 year old furnace, several feet of the main duct, and installed a new central air unit. The crew arranged for and coordinated with an electrician to add the necessary circuits. All of the work was done with professionalism and personal pride. Even though there was a couple of unexpected issues and minor changes, the work was done quickly without any complaints, Every member from Star that we interacted with was knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly.
