Project: Upgrading tub shower and trim, plus making a change to a popup assembly. Andrew provided the estimate and also was the service technician. During the estimate he was informative with recommendations. Based on his guidance, we supplied the applicable parts. Andrew arrived timely and the final installation exceeded my expectations. We have been on the STAR maintenance plan for at least ten years and now they have added plumbing to one of their plans. The first 86 point plumbing inspection we received gave us a great guideline for getting our home up to standards in case we were to move. This visit we had our main water cut of valve serviced. Andrew installed the valve which made it easier to use and easier to see how it all flows.

We had a great service experience with Star Heating & Cooling from start to finish. They were quick to handle our furnace problems during the recent cold front. After analyzing all options, we chose to replace our old unit with a new one and Star was able to have all parts and service availability with a rapid turnaround time frame for us. We are now back to a warm house! Thank you Star for such great service - especially to Randy, Jake, Bryce & Ethan. They were all wonderful to work with!

I am in the process of replacing my furnace for the first time. I reached out to Star in Fishers IN a they were able to have Randy to my house in less then 4 hours! Randy was great at explaining my furnace and the various options available to me for replacement. I never felt like I was being pressured into a sale and rather that I had a consultant giving me options. If you are looking for an honest company reach out to Star in Fishers and ask for Randy. He will provide a great and honest experience.

Both technicians, Randy and Ryan, came out within an hour of my call. I am a new client to Star, so this made a really good impression of the work ethic and care that the Star family promotes. They explained everything clearly and honestly. Randy explained the price quotes in detail and sent the information immediately. After two more quotes from other companies, we decided to go with Star because they had the best service both by Randy and Ryan as well as the Jaclyn in the office.
