John came out to my house yesterday and saved the day!! Had like 30 gallons of water pushing up through my kitchen sink because of a clogged pipe! I tried to be a YouTube warrior n DIY it 😂😂 big mistake trust me more of a headache tryn to tackle it yourself and don’t worry about the bill these guys are awesome fair price for a service call I was beyond happy!! Number saved in phone will not hesitate to call again

HVAC system struggling. Uriah came out within 2 days, inspected the aged unit and advised on repairs vs replacement, which we had anticipated. Never an ounce of pressure. We opted to replace our 15 yr old unit and have been very happy with the results. Installation was completed within the scheduled time frame and Jeff came back a few days later to do a final inspection and make sure the unit was running properly. We had an extremely old gas grill that was connected to an underground gas pipe. John from STAR gave me an estimate, at no charge, and explained clearly what his next steps would be. He made the arrangements for the lines to be marked before finishing the job quickly and on time the next week. I was impressed by John's knowledge, explanations and follow through. He also kindly took the gas grill to dispose of it properly. I've signed up with Star for their annual plumbing service agreement after this positive experience.

Update 1: The company may have been sold. Regardless, a terrible business practice to not inform customers. The owners should be ashamed on how customers and now former employees were treated. Still waiting on service so will update again. I’ll update my review when appropriate. We had service scheduled with a typical 4 hour window. I never heard from the company. An email was sent the day before confirming the appointment date. I waited all day with no contact from them. I texted and called and sent an email after they did... read more

Bryce B and Ethan did a great job on the HVAC installation. Sales Rep Randy was very knowledgeable on the Carrier Product line with clear options. Would use again! And Jeff did a follow up quality installation check and the new furnace and AC unit and all is complete with no problems
