Andrew came out today to do an inspection of our whole home plumbing. It was very informative. He did see some issues and gave me options to fix the situation. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate how they categorized all the plumbing needs so that when I call back for service, I won’t have to rehash everything.

Andrew came to the house and was very prompt letting me know when he was coming. He Gave me very good advice and detailed information about a water softener. He was very professional and polite. If I decide to go with star heating and cooling I would definitely ask for him to Put in my water softener.

We’ve had Star Heating, Cooling and Plumbing out twice this past week, and their plumber Andrew has been fantastic! He came on short notice both times—first to cap a leaking gas line that another company inspected the day before but missed, and then to replace exterior hose bibs. Pricing was very reasonable and we’re happy to have found a local company that’s customer focused and willing to stand behind their work. Thanks again Andrew!
