We had a great service experience with Star Heating & Cooling from start to finish. They were quick to handle our furnace problems during the recent cold front. After analyzing all options, we chose to replace our old unit with a new one and Star was able to have all parts and service availability with a rapid turnaround time frame for us. We are now back to a warm house! Thank you Star for such great service - especially to Randy, Jake, Bryce & Ethan. They were all wonderful to work with!
Andrew and Jake were just wonderful. I was in need of a new humidifier for my system. They were very knowledgeable and gave me multiple options. Above all they were reasonably priced. Both techs showed up on time and worked diligently to complete the install. I especially appreciate that star now offers plumbing and I have used Andrew for multiple issues. I highly recommend contacting Star for all of your hvac and plumbing needs.
What a great group of people! John B was the best! He went above and beyond to explain everything to me. I can say I have never received this much care from a company as much as I did from Star! From The office people to the professional technicians they send, outstanding. And they beat all others in pricing too. No run arounds, just straight to business!
Both technicians, Randy and Ryan, came out within an hour of my call. I am a new client to Star, so this made a really good impression of the work ethic and care that the Star family promotes. They explained everything clearly and honestly. Randy explained the price quotes in detail and sent the information immediately. After two more quotes from other companies, we decided to go with Star because they had the best service both by Randy and Ryan as well as the Jaclyn in the office.
HVAC system struggling. Uriah came out within 2 days, inspected the aged unit and advised on repairs vs replacement, which we had anticipated. Never an ounce of pressure. We opted to replace our 15 yr old unit and have been very happy with the results. Installation was completed within the scheduled time frame and Jeff came back a few days later to do a final inspection and make sure the unit was running properly.
