Ms. Luna was very unprofessional and didn't understand the breach of conduct sharing information to the wrong client's health provider. Allocating the wrong hours and name to me after I simply pronounced each letter correctly to identify my patient, she still didn't forward me to her supervisor. I work 3 hours each day and you gave me 4 hours and someone's name that doesn't apply to me. I have had their service for 4 weeks. All but one nurse have treated me well and with respect once they are in my home. However I have had to call every day to see if a nurse is coming. Apparently I was never on the schedule. Finally yesterday a nurse came the best ever. Said she had to readmit me because the admitting nurse had never turned in the paperwork.
