My appointment time was changed last minute. I have problems with numbers. So this is poor form. I did not make my appointment. I have waited over 6 years for any dental support. I just rip them out now, myself.
I have an extreme emergency been brewing for a few years but dentist said leave it until it causes a problem as it’s a very difficult tooth to remove. I finally came off waiting list and Sth Melbourne contacted me and I made appointment had X-ray re emergency removal and long treatment of care due to long waits between dental visits and they do bare minimum and your fillings etc start falling out n teeth breaking off within weeks and then you have years to wait to get it looked it and it’s gone to hell in a hand basket so th... read more
Men behavioural program is ok. Friendly counsellors. A bit repetitive at times, but a good experience overall. It would be helpful to run another program for women too...

I found the care given by Dr Claire to be poor in a series of mistakes such as giving me the wrong type of swab, the inability to complete a medical procedure I needed (to be fair perhaps this wasn’t her fault but was due to my abnormal body?), a referral to a hospital I wasn’t entitled to be seen at, a referral to another clinic that was incomplete and then a referral to another clinic for totally the wrong procedure. Sorry but I will never go to BHN in South Melbourne again. Thanks
