I used Better Health Network a year ago. I had a case worker who was a lifesaver in a time of need and without help otherwise. Recently I enquired about dental services. I expected a long wait,if they could see me at all. They had a cancellation and I attended the next morning. I require extensive work as cancer treatment obliterated my mouth and took most teeth. the family violence counsellors here are despicable and only have the perpetrators' interests in mind. don't be fooled by their attempts to empathise with you - their job is not to advocate for victims at all, no matter how much they try to sugar coat it.
Great Clinic! The GP staff are warm and accommodating. Sometimes there are waiting times, so take something to read while waiting for your appointment.
Made the mistake of seeing dr Natasha, her bed side manner was awlful. Persisted to pester me about an overdue check up that is my right not to participate it. She only stopped when I said I don't want to talk about it. Then tried to refuse to give me an ultra sound for a injury check up. Only gave it to me because I was firm that I knew the symptoms I've been experiencing and needed it. You really need to train your doctors in trauma informed care and consent.
