I found the care given by Dr Claire to be poor in a series of mistakes such as giving me the wrong type of swab, the inability to complete a medical procedure I needed (to be fair perhaps this wasn’t her fault but was due to my abnormal body?), a referral to a hospital I wasn’t entitled to be seen at, a referral to another clinic that was incomplete and then a referral to another clinic for totally the wrong procedure. Sorry but I will never go to BHN in South Melbourne again. Thanks

This service “ Star Heath Dental South Melbourne “, l waited on the hold for 1.5hrs not person bothered to pick up from 320pm to 5pm . The leave a voicemail it cuts out , the callback service doesn’t work . This Dental is very poor staff don’t careless , this service gets paid from the federal government for people with concessions and exmepts . Clearly taking taxpayers is easier than providing a service. Don’t go here
