Regarding S.T.A.R clinic—They never answer the phone, facility is dirty, and getting PreP shouldn’t be this drawn out or difficult. If you have a better option at your disposal I’d highly recommend going there instead. Staff was nice though

I’ve been a patient with the STAR clinic for years. This is NOT the place to get care. Yes it may be a safe space for LGBT people , but their care is inconsistent , their communication is not what it should be and their doctor turnover rate is the worst i’ve ever witnessed. Please , find somewhere else to get your care.
