First time in DSW! I was blown away by all the shoes. BUT the customer Service was not good at all and I Don’t like to complain. Everyone has a bad day. But I can tell this is just how it is. I was told if I Sign up for the membership and get 20% off then when it came to it they did not honor it. I was told I had to have a email from the company with a barcode not a coupon code. I got the emails and no barcodes or anything.
Trish is the best! Our summer rental that she found for us was beyond believe! Absolutely recommend.
