Recommendedexcellent service great price
We needed a windshield replacement which was covered by our insurance. Jamie went above and beyond to help us navigate the insurance claim process. With a very short turn around time the windshield was replaced. It was a very pleasant experience using Star Glass!
Had to get my living room window glass replaced and they ended up bringing back a the replacement galss broken being held together with a peace of tape. They didn't charge me anything but when I called to talk to the manager he told me he didn't have time to fix it and replace it. Not to mention when the guy was putting my screens back in he ended up ripping them!! So thanks for causing me more damage than to fixing it!
Talked to (chuck) that works there today bc i just replaced my windshield not even two weeks ago and it cracked this morning while i was just sitting in my driveway so i wanted to see what could be done and he had a very bad attitude! Bad customer service!
