The person I had dealing with was very rude and acted more like I was a bother rather than a customer. He told me my glass would be ready in one hour and I stated I MIGHT wait until the next day to pick up. After about 3 hours I did get a chance to go back and it was not ready in fact I HAD to wait until the next day. Went back next day, I ask for help taking it out and again he was very rude. After all THAT, I got home to find out that one of the pieces were CHIPPED!!
