I have been a customer for many years and ******** has always been there. Today i had a new stove installed by ***** and over conversation I told him that my hot water heater was not working properly, thinking i would have to make another appointment for the service call. Without any hesitation he gave the hot water heater a once over and fixed it... ******** will always have my business!

I could not reach their emergency number over the weekend, instead receiving a disconnected line tone. This caused me to run out of gas during a snow storm. When I finally got a hold of them, they demanded I pay a $60 fee for running out of gas and insisted that I was lying and their emergency line was working. When I protested the fee, they stated that I would have to pay it or would not receive the delivery.

RecommendedToday we had a new generator installed and Star Gas took care of the new propane tank and lines into the house & generator. Jerry, who is without a doubt “the best technician” in the area was super efficient and made everything looks so smooth. He explained every detail. Brett was a good helper. Star Gas is a Five Star Company. Richie, owner, came over to give me an estimate on my generator Hook-Up and it was a very fair price. His service technicians were scheduled and arrived on time and did a great and professional jib. I have been with Star gas for over 12 years. They have supplied gas for a fireplace, installed a new stove, buried a storage tank and now my whole house is LP. Heat, hot water, stove, grill, dryer, fireplace and generator. I highly recommend the quality service and support they deliver routinely.

They have amazing customer service and amazing people that deliver fuel! I was worried that this bird's nest would be destroyed or I wouldn't get fuel. These birds nest here every year and last year I took it out as it was in the way to fill the tank and the birds left the eggs and they died. This year I decided to leave it in and hope that it would not be disturbed. And my fabulous delivery man didn't disturb it at all! Kudos to HIM and Star Gas for the heart of the people. you hire!
Worst people to deal with never wanted their service only used cause it already set up in my apartment before I moved in and they trying to charge to remove the tank and today they want to terminate my service cause paper work issues
