Bad customer service. A customer should not have to convince a parts employee to help them. The man working the desk did not offer solutions to help me figure out what the connector plug that I brought in was connected to. He was reluctant to look at the picture of the terminal that it came off of and kept saying that he could not order the piece unless I knew what it was.
