I go here to get my Ford serviced and they have been great! I can always get in right away without an appointment and when I take it in just for an oil change they don't call me with 10 other things that they found need to be fixed. Their prices are fair and I have never had a problem with any of the work that has been done. The service advisors are friendly and always willing to explain everything to your satisfaction without pressuring you into work that doesn't really need to be done.
I loved their service and sales dept. I have been to different dealers in the area and I was really impressed with Star Ford. I bought my car from Sasha and had a really good experieince, then came in for service, for my oil change, and Eddie in service helped me. Everyone greeted me really nice and got my car in and out fast, and I just felt like they really valued me... Two thumbs up!
