A representative came out to see the white blemish on our tile. They said it was an “intended characteristic of the design.” It is clearly not that but what most in the industry would call a flaw or a second. I would strongly suggest that you inspect all tile from them. They say they don’t sell seconds but clearly that is what we got. Taber homes uses them and this is the quality they brag about.
If you want to feel bad about spending your money somewhere, this is your place. Extremely poor customer service. Customer must follow up on everything. Very willing to charge you but less than enthusiastic about delivering. Look elsewhere.
