In my 11 years of selling real estate, this is the worst lending company I have ever worked with. I'm a Realtor and I had the unfortunate luck of being on the seller's side of a transaction that the buyer was using them for financing on. First off, I never once heard from or had any contact whatsoever with the loan officer, Traci Bowens assigned to the transaction the entire time, odd to say the least. All the the people that I dealt with are very nice people but unfortunately . I can only give this company 1 star. Cindy and Bob are Very nice .The undewriter(David) messes up on your loan. When you call they don't answer phones or emails and David is a Liar I will never refer anyone ese to this company.

Horrible lender....unable to close a small residential loan within 45 days...was told that it is standard to fund after 72hours by mortgage banker and that they don't table fund in California... ..He tried to tell me that no lender can table fund on the west coast...I closed over 5million this year and 90% of them I had funded and recorded the same day. They always give you the run around.

Lender is non responsive to phone calls. Loan officer does not return calls. No communication regarding the loan. When you call the main office to get to a supervisor all you get is a recording stating no one available to take the call.
