These people are highway robbery!! I went to Star Fiat for a diagnostic. They said they would charge me $500.00 for one. The reasoning behind them charging so much is because they are diagnosing my car and I could go else where for the repairs instead of them but if I do the repairs there they waive it. These people have clearly forgotten that that is a service that people pay for when you go to a dealer. This place needs to be looked into or regutt ALL the staff with staff that want to actually work & be honest. The mechanics don't fix anything!!! You literally will have to come back about 5x just for a bulb change...lol. They DO NOT know anything about Fiat vehicles sheesh I don't think any of them know how to fix any vehicles. They seriously need to close this place DOWN!!
Took them 2 months to fix my car.
terrible service. I scheduled a date/time to drop my car off. A week later, no body had reached out to me. Then I reached out and they said no one had looked at it yet. Three weeks later, I kept calling for updates, no one contacted me. Eventually they told me they replaced some parts and I paid over $2000 for the repairs. Dont ever bring your car here for service . They only made the issue worst then what it was when i arrived and would not accept any fault or blame for the issues they created . These service advisors are crooks. Beware ! .
