I've been with the company for over 25 yrs.! There has NEVER Been anyone's hand cut off, or made Fun of for pot in their system. We are a Work FAMILY there! We are team players& close knit. It's NOT a plantation!! If it was such a horrible place, do you really think I would of stayed so long? Our plant mgr works hands on with us! He is the BEST! The shop is very efficient. A GREAT PLACE to work at!!
That place I'd called the plantation , they treat people like dirt , nobody else will work for them. They laughed at some kid who lost his hand working there , because he had pot in his system, management sucks only care about production, it crazy how places like that are in business.
