Great job
I went to Star European Repair twice for my routine oil changes and both times I received great service. You can stay and wait for your vehicle or you can drop it off. They had great customer service and the work was done efficiently. Because I made my appointment early in the morning, I hadn't had breakfast. Jeffery at the front desk used their car service to get me breakfast. Over all the experience was outstanding. I would recommend them to anyone.
Excellent top notch business. A1 work done here . And the employees are super fun and respectful and amazing . Also offer drinks and snacks. Spoke with the general manager named Paul and he was amazing and professional and friendly .
Overpriced. They charge 5x the cost of cheap parts to make their money and tell you it’s a quality oe part. If you’re in joco take your money to European Motorsports if you want transparency and honesty. Star euro just going to put cheap parts on your car and charge you arm and a leg. Labor is one thing. Warranty is another. But when you’re itemized invoice says the part is listed at 475$ you don’t expect a 96$ CHEAP part used on your euro vehicle. They straight up lied to me and used cheapest they could find.
Great experience at Star European Repair. I am new to Kansas and was looking for a place to service my S-Class. They were very thorough, communication was excellent and very professional. All things I appreciate from a service center. I am still comparing prices to see how competitive prices are in the area, so I have no comments on this topic. Great experience overall.
