We had an appointment at 730am. Dropped it off the night before. They didn't even evaluate the car until 5pm and sent us the repair options at 630pm, after they closed. So we didn't have the option to pick it up let alone get it repaired until the following day. Lost day and a half of work and school.

What an amazing team at Star European Repair! Tessa and Jack with exceptional customer service! And I believe the mechanic name Chris! Who is an expert at what he does! Also the GM Paul taking action with the utmost best customer service I have ever experienced! I took my 2014 Mercedes GLK in for diagnostics and I am so thankful I did! Chris has spotted a fuel leak which could’ve erupted in flames if I drove it any longer! And Paul the GM also pointed out the smell of gasoline!
