Tessa did a great job to make sure our Fiat was fixed on a tight timeline so we could leave on our trip on time. Great customer service!
I came to Star European Repairs, Merriam, KS twice for repairs and was extremely disappointed each time. The first repair was for a coolant leak, and I also had them replace the A/C radiator for the A/C system. The coolant system leak went repair went well, but the windshield washer was not working following the repair and my front windows auto up and down stop working. The A/C does NOT get very cold. On September 24, 2025, I had a 2:00 PM appointment to have a strange noise in the right rear of my car checked out. I arrived on time, watched my vehicle get pulled into the bay at 2:15, and by 2:50 PM, I asked Paul, the manager, for an update. He said it would be 15–20 more minutes.
