Thank you you guys have great service and my car is running great
Tessa was able to get my car in the day after I called to schedule a routine oil change and was really impressed. Jose, Tessa and the other staff members was courteous, friendly, informative, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. They even checked my fluids and tire pressure at no extra cost. This is my second time getting an oil change here. Definitely coming back next time!
We have used Star European to repair and service our 3 MB’s for a number of years (and thousands of dollars ). I appreciate their ability to repair the hydraulic vario roof on my R170. Sadly, I am not able to provide another favorable review. After several visits for the same system, my car was returned to me with a broken hood release lever. We took my daughter's Mercedes in for brakes, and they did a wonderful job! We'll be going back for most all repairs I would imagine.
Star did a great job on my BMW! Drives like new again. They were friendly and efficient. I’ll be going back.
