Just replaced my tankless water heater. Thanks to Peter Pan, the sales manager — he’s very nice and always responsive. He gave me professional advice and reasonable price. The installer was also very professional, did neat and clean work, and helped me return the old tank. Thanks!

The service is good
Do not come to this company. Called multiple times and emailed multiple times regarding the hot water tank issue. No one even came to check it out. Contract term is 10 years and when it is over 10 years, call to terminate the service. Told the contract automatically renew, so need to pay penalty to cancel it. What a scam. 骗钱公司，快逃！
