Got the old man, Ray (and Gage) They were both quite knowledgeable with their sewer camera. Marked where my trouble was and gave advice to avoid this same failure in the future. Cost was what I would have expected and seemed fair. Company was communicative and called me to let me know they were on the way and their expected arrival time. A very positive experience! Definitely use again if I need their service (which let's hope I don't)
We have used Star Drain a few times for maintenance and they have been great every time. I do however have to give the biggest shout out to Chris! He has been out twice in the past few years for maintenance. He was ON TIME, polite and so respectful both times, he answered ALL my questions with a smile. His knowledge was priceless to us historical home owners.
Had an issue after all the rain, couldn't determine if it was a clogged sewer line or if the lagoon was too high. Chris was very responsive, out to the house within 30 minutes of calling. He ensures the line was clean and gave solid advice on what to do with my lagoon. Highly recommend Star Drain!
Stan and Josh was very professional during our servicing. Josh was a newer employee but still very knowledgeable and professional. Stan is very professional and a reliable person to give him your business.
