The woman that runs this shop is a thief .. we paid almost $300 ($250 to be exact) just for her to leave our 16 y/o brother with 3-4 locs in one parting space. Additionally, his locs are now falling out. He’s had free form locs (which she regarded as us “neglecting” him) for over a year now and has never had any issue with his locs falling or even thinning.
