Very fast when filling prescriptions.
Have never been treated so rudely by a pharmacy in my life. Matthew in particular was so rude to me repeatedly that I transferred my prescription and will never shop at Star Market again either. They are also using a very outdated system where you have to call for a refill, they say ok we will get it ready today, and then when you arrive to pick up over 24 hours later it’s still not ready and you have to wait.They also seem to think it’s acceptable customer service behavior to yell out your name and prescription names to eve... read more
My wife has been taking a 3-month long medication to get rid of an illness of hers and our insurance makes us get it from a mail order pharmacy out of town. The insurance only approves one month at a time based on the high cost of it. Every month we have to play Russian roulette waiting to see if the medication arrives on time and we cannot miss a dose or it's all for nothing.
