Talking with the staff is great over in that department, they where able to tell me something new about question I had
They helped me get a hard to find medication, but they didn't communicate well. I had to keep calling and would sometimes get conflicting information about the status
My medication was out at my regular pharmacy so I decided to try Star Pharmacy. Never ever doing that again. Just awful service and lied to my face over the phone. Told me to have one prescription filled there, I'd need two to 3 other prescriptions filled there cause it's the law of Alabama. Called Cove Pharmacy, and they had no idea what Star Pharmacy was talking about. Got my prescription successfully and easily transferred to Cove Pharmacy and successfully picking it up later.
