Unprofessional phone call. I called to make a first time appointment with this dental office after finding them on my insurances website. They handled the phone call extremely unprofessionally which was my first red flag, I was greeted with “Hello” in a very non chalant tone. As a business, you should greet guests with an introduction to the business, your name, and follow up by asking how can we help you today? Not “Hello?” as if you’re answering your personal phone. I have been coming to this dental office for years, but after our recent visit, we will never return. The dentist and receptionist had the worst attitude and treated my mother very harshly. Their unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. This office needs to significantly improve how they treat their clients. We are extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this place.
