Made an appointment two weeks ago... went there and office is closed... stayed there waiting an HOUR because I'm so much in pain... NO note on door, NO call, NO text, NO email from this office to cancel... I confirmed my appointment two days before coming in... COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have given this place the benefit of the doubt multiple times but the last few weeks have been the virtual straw that broke the camel's back. So here are some reasons why this is the worst dental office I have ever been too (worse than Dental visits in the military where you often know that you are the guinea pig for your enlisted people) 1. Since 2008 Dr Gaitan is working in my mouth. I went with a broken bright & after like 4 visits a loan he remove my "broken bright - tooth" & of course was infected. He worked in everything around my mouth first but what I went for. Since I had a loan with them had to stick & it's 2010 & still not done. Now since like 6 months he does not work in that office, but just goes some saturdays & I have been calling & calling to finish this s*#&@ for 3 weeks & NO ONE ANSWER MY VM's. IT WILL BE THE BIGGEST MISTAKE YOU EVER MAKE. THE WAIT TIME IS LONG AND THE OFFICE IS NASTY....DIRTY...... YOU WILL REGRET IT..
THE WAIT WAS ABOUT 3 HOURS... DR.GAITAN IS FULL OF CRAP AND THE OFFICE IS DISGUSTING!!! DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM...
Patient came in for an implant's abutment and crown on ONE tooth. Even after three crowns after still did not have it right!!! 1st crown: did not sit well; has a big gap between the tooth beside it; 2nd crown: wrong color; and worst happen - the abutment "broke" 3rd crown: did not sit well again!!!
