This place was not very helpful to my family. They were very dishonest while communicating with us, and delayed my son’s services back a month. Many phones calls and emails prompted them to respond to us for one simple question. The receptionist was terrible as well. We saught services else where that took only 3 weeks to get my son measured twice and his helmet. THIS PLACE TOOK A MONTH TO CALL THE INSURANCE, 3 weeks to verify, and the. The ladies there are very professional and friendly! Any time I had a problem after hours Heather Morgan responded quickly and was extremely helpful along my daughter's journey wearing the STARband. After all the ups and downs and believe me in the beginning there was A LOT OF DOWNS; getting my daughter to get use to the whole idea of wearing the helmet (I started when she was 7 months old!!) and the adjustments that needed to be made but believe me!
