My first impression is terrible. I called to make an appointment and was told to bring my drivers license, a list from my pharmacy of any prescription medication I take and since I do not work and my husband is retired a letter that states he pays our bills and his social security income that is signed by both of us. No mention of proof just a letter. I actually took notes while speaking to this woman. So I show up early for my first appointment with Lisa and she rudely tells me that I have to have a pay stub and since I don... read more
