I called to ask if they provide medication management or mental health services and the woman who I was speaking with said “no” and hung up the phone. I thought it was very unprofessional. What if someone in crisis calls there asking for mental health help and that’s how they’re treated?
Nice people, but NOT an emergency dentist, which is what I searched for. They're just like any other office these days; too booked to take a walk-in with pain and a swollen face. Nah. I left my name and email and number. If YOU wanna do something to get me in somewhere TODAY, reach out. You lose a star for that reply.
