This group has managed my property for 5 years! They are humble, intelligent, and very professional. They have always gone above and beyond to help in anyway possible. I highly recommend them to anyone if you need a management group that are honest and proactive. They have made my experience a breeze. Even so I am trusting them with the sale of my home in the Roanoke Valley.

I got a text message that they had a showing for an apartment that my boyfriend and I had been waiting two months to see because they were doing “renovations” on it the whole time and didn’t know when it would be available. We went and saw it on the one day they were showing it, then I immediately sent them an email asking for an application, like their text message told me too. Applied at one property but due to occupy number I was denied so the office manager Martha offered a different property that had no application so I was first but little did I know she allowed someone else to skip me and then approved them. Everytime I called she could not remember that she told me to email her and call her on specific days. She only could apologize for allowing someone to skip me after offering an open property to me.
