I can't say enough wonderful things about Star City Hospice. During one of the most difficult times for our family, their team went above and beyond in every possible way. But a good Hospice Company / Dud not know who are Case Manger was / No Binder in the house to tell anyone from their company what was wrong / medicine nit listed : very bad communication from then / keep telling them I need a comfort kit / said they would order it or tell the Nurse / after 3 weeks still no comfort Kit / did not know who was my Case Msnger / called the Sicial worker said she would come see me next month when I needed her now /Would just show up at the house before calling and making an appointment / this is n... read more
I am so grateful for the support I received from All City hospice. They took the time to listen to my questions and concerns, and they were always there to provide comfort and guidance. They not only cared for my father with compassion and dignity but also supported me through one of the hardest times of my life. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference.
Very supportive group of people. Chaplain Vaughn came over to our house during my father's final days, spoke to him and gave him the peace of mind he needed during the final phase of his life. They even brought a hospital bed and oxygen equipment to our house in order to provide comfort. When my father passed away, the nurse patiently waited until the funeral home personnel arrived.
