The owner does a great job of developing a very welcoming environment. He also has great functional fitness knowlege and will walk you through the most technical exercises in a very detailed manner. Plus, it’s a great facility. My favorite part of Star City Fitness is the life long friends I have made during my time here.
Great gym. Great owner and coach. Highly recommend.
Would not recommend if you are female. The owner has a habit of questionable boundaries .
