Misleading prices and communications. They said they would mark me as a "failed appointment" and will require a deposit in the future because of pricing and quotes that they didn't tell me about until the time of the appointment, which was different than what they said on the phone when I scheduled. Immediately try to upsell me when I tried to check-in for an urgent appointment. I did not get to see a dentist.
The staff is so friendly every time I go in or talk to them over the phone! Dr. Long is great and very informative if I have any questions about my dental health!

Receptionist was is incredibly rude. Will not be going back. Edit to response: if you mean my husband’s service dog barking twice, that is far from disruptive. I didn’t know you were certified dog trainers? His service dog has been certified by a well known company out of Omaha. And is a *legitimate* service dog. Trust me my husband would prefer not to have one. Sometimes there are certain cues where a service dog will bark. (Again, it was twice). My husband has talked to the training company about this. My experience was top notch at Star City Dental. The office was very clean and inviting. The staff was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Dr Mimi Long was so thorough and paid attention to every detail. She and her assistant Alexis were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this office!
