Service was good light and accurate
Straight to the point negotiations. They don't try to sneak any extras on the paperwork. 4 out of 5 because no one's perfect. One big advice is they should separate the comments from the buying experience and the service shop because those are completely separate categories.

My previous experience was GREAT!!!!!! The service took my car in earlier than my appointment and I was out within a hour. My service advisor remembered me and the rest was history. I always try to make sure she is there because she is kind and gives me updates ever so often while I'm waiting . When you go to service at Star Dodge make sure you ask for DROPATI SUMRAH she is the best and will get your car in and out. She is top notch when it comes to service and thank you
