I would not recommend this dealership! We took our Jeep in 3 weeks ago and had little to no communication. We would call no answer. When we did get someone, no new update. Took almost 2 weeks to order a part that takes another 5 days to arrive. That should have been ordered same week. Again, didn't tell us. All under warranty. Even tried text message service, no answer. Excuse was we have so many cars ahead of you. Then why did they let me schedule an appointment? Also asked about a recall that I got on my vehicle.
