My favorite Dodge house Thank You and there is something you can do for us. There is a red Ram 2500 that's been in your shop almost 2 months, can you Please take care of it. They hardly ever call to tell us what is going on and we need that truck back. If it can't be fixed or what ever happened maybe offer him another truck. Thanks Thank You Again. The dealership had my truck for 7 days and had yet to figure out the reason for the misfire on cylinder 2 code. 4 days supposedly checking wiring, then 3 more removing the head. I asked to have everything back together even if not repaired by end of day 7. I picked it up and after driving for a bit, got another error alert. The mechanic forgot about a connection.
