Fast and effective service. Kendra is the best.
Was quoted $1800 for a tailgate replace and ended up getting charged $3600. Truck was in there for a month and they had no idea where our tailgate was. Service manager could not get ahold of service e writer to find out where it was. Was constantly lied to on when truck would be ready. Told me they had tailgate and just had to put it on. Come to find out they didn’t even know where they had sent the tailgate to get painted. Make sure to get written quote when quoted parts and service.
