Star Choice is horrible. Do not come here. Their communication is horrible. They are currently closed down but have not sent any correspondence to parents. There are no doctors working in this office as of today. My daughter had asthma and has not been able to get a refill. I went to the office, they refused to open the door. The initial appointment was great. I was at ease of finding a great pediatric Doctor near my home. This was immediately short lived after the appointment. Went to have my Sons lab work completed. Called several times to get the website to create a portal login to see results. No one but the manager knows the website to create an account. The manager each time called wasn’t in the office nor followed up to provide this information. We will not be returning. Seriously gone down hill This place was amazing when Kelly was running the front desk. The entire staff is different. My daughter is 5 months old and we’ve been assigned to 3 different physicians with no notice from the office or the doctor telling us in the appointment. They let go of my primary pick when she was only 2 months because they “couldn’t afford to keep her”. My daughter didn’t even get seen, so I can’t speak on the doctors part, but it all starts with reception. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter weeks out and took off of work and took her out of school early for her appointment only to be told when I got there they don’t accept her insurance. Why not call or email before having me take off of work and take her out of school unnecessarily? That left a taste in my mouth and even if they renew contract with her insurance I won’t be going back.
