The customer service of this business is some of the worst I’ve ever dealt with truly. The shop guys are amazing, have always had awesome experiences with Parker and his customer service and communications! As for the rest of the dealership, not so much. They will sell your extended warranties almost immediately after purchasing your vehicle and make it dang near impossible to have any work approved on your vehicle. Great staff, great inventory, fantastic service.
While searching for a vehicle, we stopped by Star after seeing some interesting vehicles that might meet our need. We were met promptly by a sales person (Erin) who assessed our situation and guided us to vehicles that gave us some options! We settled on a vehicle and within 3 hours had a satisfactory deal in place, and drove the vehicle home! The staff was friendly, accommodating and we were very happy with the results of our visit!
They were very prompt in telling us if we were approved or not approved. I like that very much. Very kind and efficient! I like that as well. Thank you!
